For the last several years, Zach was working in the fitness industry in Boston, providing customized one-on-one training, leading group fitness classes, and teaching strength/conditioning to collegiate sports teams. He recently moved to Denver to pursue his doctorate in physical therapy at Regis University, where he continues to develop his passion for teaching functional fitness and injury prevention. As a lifelong athlete, he understands the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle, and has channeled his love for exercise in training both athletes and non-athletes of all ages and abilities. His specialties include high-intensity interval training (HIIT), strength and conditioning, kettlebell training, TRX training, olympic lifting, weight loss, nutrition, and sport-specific/functional training. When he's not in the gym, he loves to watch Boston sports, play the piano, and spend time outdoors with his new wife and dog. Certification: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
