Samantha has always been passionate about helping others by motivating them to make positive lifestyle changes. When coaching classses, she enjoys dancing and jamming out to some good music and encouraging others to do so as well! Samantha has previous experience working as a Behavioral Therapist, has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and holds certifications of Group Fitness Instructor and Fitness Nutrition Specialist through the American Council on Exercise.
