Why do you love Barre? I first fell in love with Barre because it was a challenging workout that was insanely fun and did wonders for my tush! I now love Barre not only for the physical benefits but the amazing energy of the BBS Tribe and the wonderful people I surround myself with every day at the studio.
What is your favourite Barre Body Move? Glute bridge.
What barre star advice would you give to a first time barre guest? We all had our first class at some point! Come prepared to work hard and have fun, the rest will happen naturally.
What is your guilty pleasure? Bad reality television and ice cream.
