Why do you love Barre? I love Barre because Barre Body Studio is the most welcoming fitness studio I have ever been to. I never leave not feeling great about myself… even if I felt like I wanted to cry 20 minutes beforehand.

After Barre you can be found: I run a small theatre company and work full time at the University of Calgary, so I’m usually running around like a crazy person.
