Born and raised in London, I come from a professional corporate background in Finance however Fitness has always been a strong passion and something I have participated in throughout my life. I have a diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training and I am keen to help people achieve their wellbeing and fitness goals through participation in high energy group fitness classes and bespoke personal training programs.
