Veronika started off as a Personal Trainer. She got her Level 3 Personal Training diploma in the UK and has been working with clients one to one and in groups ever since. Thanks to her deep passion in helping people, many of her clients have achieved their goals in health and fitness and remained motivated to move and eat healthy on their own too. Later, as she discovered her love for yoga, she decided to do Yoga Teacher Training. She studied Yoga Therapy and finished a 300 hour Yoga Teacher training that focused on the health issues of a modern yoga practitioner. She is trained to help people with anxiety, depression, postural problems and many more. She also designs personalized nutrition and fitness plans for her clients based on their needs and goals. Veronika merges her knowledge and experience she gained while working as a personal trainer and a yoga teacher, and she uses these together to help her client. In her Yoga classes, she can help you on your journey of discovering your body and its connection to your mind as well as being more present in your everyday life. Attending her classes you will become stronger, as she incorporates poses and moves that focus on using strength.
