I'm Claire . I'm from Ireland . I've always had a big interest in keeping fit and exercising regularly .Ive always been an avid runner and try to complete one half marathon a year.

Since moving to the UAE 7 years ago I started spinning and I thoroughly enjoy it . I completed the instructor training course in THE ROOM last year with Peter and have been enjoying making profiles and teaching a couple of classes a week since then ! It's a great sport socially and also a super workout !
