She has been teaching for the last 17 years to one of the most loyal followings, mostly due to her unique and specific style of teaching. Her classes are known to be very challenging, yet exhilarating, with her rhythm and pacing allowing you to leave class feeling strong and fully empowered. Her focus gives you the ability to get into your own ride, and has been compared to a moving meditation. Tracy has a great class for students not interested in a lot of chatter.
