That dark room with heavy music is my escape. It keeps me grounded and in control as my life moves in different directions.

I like to stay busy - I work as a Labor & Delivery nurse and as a forensic nurse. I’m also a Captain in the US Army. I also love to spoil my sweet pup, Gracie!

HOW DO YOU ENVISION YOURSELF WHEN YOU RIDE?
I envision my best self- strong and unable to fail. I remind myself not to compare my performance to yesterday or tomorrow. Just ride in the moment!
