Thea is a Brooklyn native, dancer, gymnast and loves introducing people of all ages and fitness levels to rebounding. She is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor who specializes in dance based cardio routines that pack a punch. After teaching rebounding for three years she truly believes that everyone can achieve their fitness goals. Thea's teaching style is driven by the music because time flies when you find a good soundtrack. A trampoline class must have high energy, a supportive environment and blend fun with intensity. When you feel like quitting that's when Thea will inspire you to do one more rep. Expect to sweat, laugh and see results because progress is impossible without a challenge.
