Bio: I have been a fitness professional since the 80's and I feel so lucky to have found this career. I used to own my own Fitness studio in DC. I love what I do! I love helping people discover that they can do so much more than they imagined. I love when my clients succeed and I love taking people to the next level. I would define my coaching style as "firm but kind." I like to interject humor into my workouts, but never confuse that with taking it lightly. I am very serious about my work and continually educate myself in the field.
