My original career was a construction project manager with a BS in construction management/structural engineering from the University of Washington. While I have always been active, I grew to love lifting in college and eventually moved from the construction business to the fitness industry. Just like a building needs a strong base, I focus on improving my clients’ foundation and movement patterns during strength training to benefit them in their everyday activities.
