Bio:
Jessica Gorman specializes in building strength and increasing endurance and energy levels using weighted tools and bodyweight training. The result is a holistic approach to fitness that balances form, core strength, and joint mobility, while improving physical health and mental focus.

Expect focused mobility work and attention to efficient, nuanced movement and form. Her classes safely push thresholds of physical endurance by pairing targeted work and recovery, a combination that allows the body to stay hormonally balanced and less prone to injury.

As a competitive weightlifting athlete Jessica has spent nearly a decade sourcing her own power and grit, and has become passionate about creating environments that nurture others’ inner strength and awareness. In her field of Kettlebell Sport, Jessica is a 2x ‘Master of Sport’. She has competed internationally, is a former world record holder, and has been fortunate to work with many leading fitness and kettlebell coaches in the industry today. Jessica has been a coach and an athlete in incredible fitness communities from Austin, Texas to Maputo, Mozambique and is excited to now have a nest at Balanced Fitness Studios in Washington, DC.
