Favorite Personal Workout: Riding my road bike for several hours and then Yoga for stretching and strength.
I have been in the fitness industry for 16 years, first as a group exercise and spin instructor. I began teaching Yoga 10 years ago. My classes deliver results with an emphasis on correct form through focus and finding fun in everything you do.
