Fitness Philosophy: Find a workout that makes you feel complete. One you look forward to every day. If you don't love it you won't sustain it.

Favorite Personal Workout: 20 mins Pilates reformer followed by 20 mins of yoga. 10 min meditation.

Bio and coaching style: I have been working in fitness since 2007. About 4 years in, I discovered the mind/body disciplines (Pilates, yoga, and Tai Chi) and decided I found what I truly loved. My coaching style is gentle but persistent. I love to work with beginners who may be a little apprehensive about getting started but can also whip experienced athletes in to even better shape.
