A little progress each day adds up to big results.
As a stay at home mother for more then a decade, caring for others became my primary focus. Then my daughters all went to school and I began the journey of figuring out what was next for me. A little lost one day I found myself in a gym. It was here that I found a new community and fell in love with fitness. The mental and physical benefits help me lead a happier and healthier life. As an instructor, my passion for caring for others has remained. I hope to inspire everyone to remember that taking care of yourself is indeed the best way to care for everyone else in your life.
