Katie has been a fitness instructor for 5 years and is famous for motivating and encouraging others to push their limits and feel empowered. First and foremost her goal is for exercise to be fun. Her workouts are always fresh, creative, and challenging. When she is not in the studio you will always find her outside, or with her kids behind the camera, filming and posting short videos that inspire us! She is going to push you, you can count on that, but at the end you will want to give her a big sweaty hug!
