What is your favourite thing to do in YXE? SWEAT! I love checking out all of the local fitness studios, and just seeing what this city has to offer. Why do you get on that bike? I love music; it is always playing in my house. Music keeps me focused, present and motivated. When I get on that bike and throw some bad ass music on, I get a feeling that nothing else can give me. I get lost and the music takes over. I want to share that electrifying feeling with each and every person that walks through those RYDE YXE doors and watch them leave feeling worked, proud and successful.
