Teaching at Ryde is another way to share my passion for health & fitness. It allows me to connect with so many people and the best feeling is watching everyone move together as one. I love watching people in the zone, pushing past limits.. and walking out of the Ryde studio stronger, faster and taller. Those people inspire me.
Life moves so fast, and I love how fast paced life is, but sometimes I get ahead of myself or get caught up in the past or future… when I teach, I am completely in the present moment, not a minute ahead or behind, every moment counts! Every pedal stroke and gear change matters.
Ryde keeps me in shape, keeps my memory sharp and my creative juices in check.
