I live in Dunwoody and grew up south of ATL in Fayetteville. I was always active growing up, but I became interested in group fitness in college and have loved it since. It is motivating to have great music and other people push me to do my best and have fun doing it! Outside of Burn, I love spending time with family and friends, being outside, traveling, and cooking! Fun fact, I was born in Alaska!
