Hannah first discovered her love of cycling and group fitness while in college at UNC Chapel Hill, in her home state of North Carolina. Having grown up playing sports and involved in competitive dance, she was underwhelmed by her first couple of years trying to get the same rush of adrenaline working out alone in the gym. When she stumbled across her first spin class, she realized it was the beat-based, music-driven workout and the team energy of group fitness classes she'd been missing. She began teaching from the podium in 2015 and never looked back! Outside the studio, Hannah can be found enjoying Braves baseball games or in the closest sushi restaurant. Come sweat and feel the BURN with her!
