Born in Heflin, Alabama I was an athlete all through high school from cheerleading and gymnastics to volleyball and tennis. In college I did fitness classes as well as rode my bike to class every day. After college I took spin classes so much that I just wanted to be up on stage! I love to break a sweat and I love to perform! Outside of the studio I try to travel as much as possible. I enjoy cooking and of course a nice glass of wine. I also love spending time with my husband and my family! Something interesting about me is that I’m an adrenaline junkie - I’ve gone cage diving with great white sharks, skydiving and bungee jumping - bring it on and BURN with me!
