Laura was a gymnast and cheerleader in high school and college and shortly after graduating from college she became a group fitness instructor and later a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. She wants you to make caring for your emotional, spiritual, and physical health a priority. "Staying healthy is worth time and money because it directly impacts our quality of life and our ability to help others".
She wanted to become a JSF motivator because she loves the environment. She states "I took a break from training but I’ve been inspired by fellow members and motivators to return".
When taking her classes she wants you to know that she doesn't like to waste time. None of us workout because we want to waste time and stay the same. We train to get better. My goal is to help others get the most out of their workout in the least amount of time!
