Zoe jumped right from a strong background in competitive cheerleading, to finding her way into the weight room and working out on her own. During her first semester at USC she became a certified Group Exercise Instructor at the school and dove head first into teaching classes. As the time went on Zoe fell in love with the power of making her body, mind and soul stronger through fitness and wellness.

Zoe’s best wellness advice? “Always remember that you are unique. Your journey is going to be so different from the next person’s and it is so important to embrace those differences and learn what works for YOU and no one other than you. Learning to listen, understand, and respond to your body is such a challenging, yet extremely rewarding skill to have.”

Zoe loves nothing more than to be an influencing factor in others’ health and wellness journeys, and she views being a motivator at JSF as a beautiful opportunity to do just that.

Zoe’s words of wisdom to those taking her classes? “The one thing I hope for my participants is that they constantly remind themselves of their strength throughout the class. Always having the confidence that they are strong enough to do whatever it is that they set their mind to, and to always have pride in the work they accomplish in class. I want participants to leave feeling stronger, happier, and more confident than when they walked in my class. Get ready for a good time!!”
