Heather has always been a runner and an active person. After suffering a broken ankle in 2016, she began taking Reformer Pilates at JSF. She quickly fell in love with both the mental and physical challenge it brought which is why she jumped at the opportunity to get certified to teach Pilates to others.
 
Heather's fitness advice? "It is important to have variety in your routine: cardio, weights, core, stretching, recovery, etc. They all go together to make you an overall healthy person. Reformer Pilates is for everyone. It is a great individualized method to strengthen, stabilize, and tone your muscles while greatly enhancing your core. This provides great results and the ability to hep recover from and/or prevent injury. If you are considering trying a session, DO IT! It will change your entire fitness outlook!"
