Alison works full-time as a Speech-Langauge Pathologist and a proud mother of 3. As for her fitness background, she has been involved in fitness for over 15 years, where she began her journey at the FIRM. As you begin or continue your fitness journey, she would encourage you to not to quit before you start succeeding. She says "stay motivated, and work on making small improvements each workout"!
