Shannon Watson is a Registered Nurse, who began her nursing career in Cardiovascular and Thoracic surgery 12 years ago and has since moved into the area of human performance.
She specializes in Cycling and Athletic Recovery. Using restorative style yoga, one on one Stretch Therapy and mindfulness in group and private sessions to help clients maximize their own performance in and out of the gym.
Shannon currently works with professional athletes from the NFL, NBA, FIBA, and MiLB, NFL and the University of South Carolina Women’s Tennis, Men’s basketball, Women's Golf, Beach Volleyball and Softball teams. She also works with healthcare systems such as Prisma Health, as well as many private clients seeking to optimize neuromuscular and cognitive performance.
