The most important advice Matt would give someone about their health is "Find a balance in your fitness lifestyle, Do not try to rush the process, and understand the reason why your perusing this fitness journey!"
Matt became a JSF trainer to inspire people to love their body and live the best life they can. The first true step in changing the body is developing a healthy relationship between the body and mind. This tutelage came from years of track and field experience of staying tough mentally and physically throughout all forms of adversity that may come. "I performed JSF workouts on my own clients back in Texas in order to keep a base knowledge of how Jamie trains his team to perform at such a high calibre while teaching classes". "I started my own fitness group called GFM “Get Fit Monday” that had more then 100 college members". After learning the JSF class T7, he taught the class in numerous ways to his clients in order to perfect my craft so when the time came to join Jamie’s team, I could hit the ground running!
The best advice he would give to those who wish to take my class is, "Come ready to have fun in taking that first step into a new fitness experience!!!"
