Spencer integrates his knowledge as a personal trainer and yoga teacher in designing an individualized, progressive program of cardiovascular, mobility, core, and strength training exercises for clients and members based on their fitness goals. Spencer is a National Council on Strength & Fitness (NCSF) certified personal trainer and holds a 200 hour yoga teacher training certificate from Yogi Hari’s Ashram & school of yoga. Spencer takes a holistic approach to health and wellness and specializes in weight loss, meditation, triathlon, running, bodybuilding, mobility, and functional strength. He describes his coaching philosophy as encouraging his clients to develop self-empowerment—he wants to help you build confidence by setting challenging goals and devising effective strategies to steadily achieve them. His focus on teaching proper form, posture, and balance helps ensure client’s body and spatial awareness while exercising. Spencer aims to educate clients and members, help them obtain positive behavior change, and create lifelong healthy habits. He enjoys triathlons, road races, cooking, traveling, nature, and practicing yoga and meditation.
