Hannah Buckner has been teaching theater, writing and coaching cheerleading for the last six years. At an early age, she started competitive cheerleading in Charlotte, NC and continued to engage in the sport while at Wofford College. After graduation, she moved to Columbia where she joined JSF in 2014. At the time, she was teaching school in Sumter. She made a routine out of taking the 6am classes, getting ready at the gym, then driving to Sumter for work. She quickly became addicted to the energy the workouts gave her. Now, years later, Hannah still loves it (even the early mornings)!
What's the most important guidance she could give someone about their health, wellness and fitness? "If you are struggling mentally or physically, a solid workout routine could turn your life around. The energy and mental health exercise provides cannot be beat."
