Chelsea M.
Chelsea has a classical ballet background and has been involved in leading group exercise since 2012. Along with her 16 years of dance training, her passion for getting people invested in their personal health started with Beachbody coaching, and she was a certified Zumba Fitness Instructor. It was her love for movement and fitness that led her to major in dance performance at the University of South Carolina.

She strives to encourage her clients to know that the human body is wonderfully made and that no two bodies are the same. “One should strive to be healthy as opposed to strive to be thin and to love yourself along the journey.”

Chelsea became involved in SWEAT because she needed a low impact yet challenging cardio program to incorporate into her fitness regime. “Although dance is one of my greatest passions, it’s anaerobic, so dancers are always encouraged to cross train. Because I’m a dancer, exercising to great music gets me excited about my workout. I was hooked on SWEAT the minute the beat dropped! It incorporates a party atmosphere with great fitness results. I knew I had to be a part of this awesome team of motivators that are excited about wellness. Come to my class for the party and stay for the SWEAT!”
