Essentials that get me going and keep me motivated everyday. Stating what I'm grateful for when I wake up each morning, meditating on what I'm grateful for to keep me grounded, going on walks with my dogs to reset my mind and eating to nourish my body, not punish it.

What is your go to phrase for encouraging guests physically or spiritually?

"What you put into your mind and body is what you get out of it, it is crucial to connect the two. Whether it's thoughts you allow in your mind, food you put into your body, how hard you workout or don't workout, etc.. it's going to come out of your body in one way or another and you will notice those changes."
