
My motto is “Never Give Up!” I feel privileged to inspire and train clients at any level of fitness, walk of life, or physical limitations. I have trained pre and post rehabilitative clients who have had cardiac, hip, knee, shoulder, and back issues. My clients range in age from 15 to 90 years old. I find that continuing education and continuous research/reading/learning is what keeps me at the top of my game, and is what I find keeps my clients from experiencing fitness plateaus or stagnation.
Essential to everyone’s fitness no matter the age or fitness level is a whole body program. I integrate Cardio, Strength, Balance, Flexibility, Nutrition, and Relaxation into each customized training plan.
