Born in Philadelphia, I am certified group fitness instructor through the American Council on Exercise. I hold additional certifications in Spin, Yoga and Senior Fitness. Over the years, I have had the pleasure to teach a variety of classes in PA, NY, NJ and FL. My philosophy on fitness is the importance of cross training. We must incorporate, strength, cardio, flexibility and stability into our workout schedule….AND of course it needs to be fun.
I want my classes to be lively, inclusive and safe for all participants. We are in this together.

After class, you can find me walking my buddy Murphy "my friend’s golden retriever" around the island or taking him for a swim in the bay
