Guy has been a group fitness instructor for over 27 years. He currently teaches step, HIIT, body pump and cycle classes in many locations throughout the Delaware Valley. As a group fitness instructor, he enjoys being able to reach so many people through one class experience, giving him the ability to make a greater impact on improving the health and wellness of the participants. He appreciates the opportunity to help people move better and function more efficiently, not just during their workouts, but also in the many activities of daily life. His goal is to create classes that are safe, effective and fun so that participants have enjoyable experiences, feel motivated to adhere to a regular routine of physical activity and discover the many benefits that exercise has to offer, both physically and mentally.
