Alfredo G.
"Progress comes sometimes quickly and sometimes slowly. Be in acceptance."
Alfredo was born and raised in South Texas and moved out to sunny Los Angeles in early 2015. Upon moving to the city of angels, Alfredo was hit with a crossroads, to either continue a life of unhealthy living or accept the alternative. The only option was to live life to the fullest, rather than to just exist. Upon getting sober, Alfredo dedicated himself to improving not only his life, but others’ through movement and challenge. Since then, Alfredo has been an Aids/LifeCycle rider, a 545 mile bike ride that seeks to provide HIV/AIDS healthcare. He is also a passionate LGBTQIA+ Activist and fitness professional. Alfredo is on a mission to earn his NASM-CPT & provide challenging group fitness classes. He deeply enjoys live music ranging from raggaeton to rock’n’roll, hanging with his husband and puppy, and trying new fitness experiences.
