Jennifer originally got into Yoga for the physical benefits. She quickly learned that it was beneficial for her mind as well. Fast forward to the present and Jennifer has been teaching Yoga for over a year. Yoga is her fitness passion and specialty because of that mind-body connection that she initially sought after. It's all about helping her clients achieve that same level of clarity. When she’s not teaching Yoga she loves to go out camping!
