Dani’s journey with Yoga began after multiple sports injuries left her with chronic pain and restricted movement at the recommendation of her chiropractor as a form of physical therapy. Dani immediately noticed results and never looked back. Her journey has now spanned over 2 decades as a certified yoga trainer and it was the key to improving Dani’s health, fitness, and mobility. By helping her clients through breath control, beginner and advanced techniques, she guarantees yoga will NEVER put you to sleep! Dani aims to challenge her clients to reach new heights while instilling them with the fundamentals of awareness, acceptance, and action.
