Ever since she was 6 years old watching her mom do fitness work out videos, Kyra knew she wanted to teach aerobics. Challenging herself and others to become stronger, healthier and more confident is her mission and she loves the fact that our bodies are capable of growth and change. That’s why she’s been an instructor for 15 years. Currently she teaches Yoga, Bootcamp, Cycling, Pilates and Sculpting-all while being a mom to 4.
