Zach is an avid outdoor enthusiast with a passion for human movement and performance. With a doctorate in physical therapy combined with his extensive background in strength and conditioning, he integrates his in-depth knowledge of anatomy and human movement to help maximize others' potential. Form = function, and you will see this embedded into his coaching style and methodology. He also enjoys spending his free time in the mountains: ski mountaineering, climbing, mountain biking, and ultra-running.
