Ashly’s love for fitness started at a very young age when her family owned a local gym. She has recently moved from Seattle to the Boise area and is excited to be a part of the growing fitness community. Her certifications include: AFAA Group Exercise, 200-hr RYT, Keiser Cycle and more. At the core of her success is her belief that teaching fitness classes is so much more than just giving a great workout. It’s about creating an environment of friendship, love and acceptance. It's about pushing her students to do more than they ever thought possible. Most importantly, it is about giving them the confidence and the foundation to then improve every part of their lives; physically, mentally and spiritually. Her hope is that each person walks out of her class a better person; better equipped and empowered to conquer whatever lies ahead each day. Ashly enjoys teaching a performance based cycling class, focused on effort and endurance. She is also passionate about the Vinyasa style of yoga. She enjoys instructing arm balances and creative, unique flows! As a POD coach, she is motivated to coach proper form as well as help her students find their edge.
