Jenny Li has both a contemporary certification in Mat and Reformer with STOTT PILATES International Training Centre and is Classically Certified on all apparatus with POWER PILATES.
Jenny was born and raised in Toronto and has always had an enthusiasm for sports and fitness. She has explored a wide variety of activities from track and field, basketball to spinning, Ashtanga yoga and TRX. A sports-related back
injury led her to Pilates, and she has been hooked ever since!
Jenny loves the full range that Pilates has to offer – from controlled precise movement to dynamic fluidity and athleticism, all centring on core strength and stability.
