I was born in Ohio, but was raised right here in the Great Smoky Mountains! I am drawn to Shine Cycle because I am always looking for fun ways to workout and this place certainly has it all. The awesome music, cool lights, fun choreography, and cute aesthetic of the studio, I am sold! What truly inspires me the most as an instructor is watching each of the riders overcome any challenge thrown at them during class. Whether folks decide to try the choreography during a sprint or add more resistance on a climb. It is the most rewarding and satisfying feeling to watch riders in action taking those little steps to push themselves outside their comfort zones! The vibe you might find during my classes is a combo of nightclub meets dance team energy! I love doing fun choreography to some pop and house music! I aspire to bring pure fun energy to every class I teach. When I am not shining, you can catch ya gal singing and dancing her heart out at Dollywood! You may also catch me hanging out with friends and family in town! Probably at either Cancun or Chipotle. I am looking forward to Shining with y'all in class!
