ALIAS: "Katie Raids"
I grew up in the Midwest filling my time with farm work and every sport in the book. I continued my volleyball and basketball careers into college which brought me to the west coast. I studied Kinesiology and Corporate Fitness Management. After school I started teaching Physical Education and coaching volleyball, basketball, and coed flag football. My next adventure was moving to LA, where I discovered Circuit Works, the perfect place to share my education, connect with amazing people, and be a part of so many transformations.
“Mental toughness extra effort.” I believe that our mind is one of our toughest muscle to strengthen. It set all of our limits, and I train to break through them. All while having a great time and more than a few laughs.
WHAT I LOVE ABOUT CIRCUIT WORKS
What I love about Circuit Works is the people. Every day I am blown away by what I see in the studio, what I learn from clients, and all the individual challenges people overcome right in front of my eyes. The love and support between the trainers and clients motivates me every day to be my best self. I am so excited to be a part of one of the toughest studios in LA, with most inspiring clients and staff.
“What we resist, persists.”
SURPRISING FACT ABOUT ME
SURPRISE! I am a closet raider. “Huh? What’s a closet raider?” I am a personal stylist, I go into people homes and specifically their closets. We work on their current wardrobe and personal style in order to help them get one step closer to having their outside match their inside. Total style makeover, helping the world, one closet at a time.
