Sarah M.
Sarah grew up in the ballet studio, playing sports and always keeping active. She trained in ballet until she was 14 and played competitive volleyball throughout high-school.

After graduating from the University of Ottawa in Psychology, Sarah was in search of a new fitness regime that would challenge and engage both her body and mind. Sarah discovered barre and fell in love after that first class. She is so excited to now be able to share with others the amazing physical and mental benefits she has felt first-hand from barre.

Outside of the studio, Sarah loves traveling to new places, drinking copious amounts of coffee and petting strangers' dogs.
