Amber Worthen is a registered dietitian, fitness instructor, and big fan of keeping fitness fun. She has taught fitness classes since 2014, beginning at UConn's recreation center while attending college. Throughout the years, Amber has taught a wide range of class formats, including strength, flexibility & recovery, Zumba, and so much more. Amber loves creating playlists that serve as the main motivation for class, and hopes to motivate & challenge you to become the strongest version of yourself!
