Lauren grew up just down the road in South Kingstown. She loves sushi, summer beach days + indoor cycle. Lauren has taught indoor cycle for 2.5 years at URI. She hopes that she can bring a fun, young energy to So Co. She loves to have her classes feel like a party on the bike. Come join Lauren's party!
