"It's not about having time, It's about making time."
Fitness has always played a gigantic role in Rachel's life. She has always looked up to her mother who has been teaching fitness classes for over 25 years. Rachel loved to jumped into her mom's Step and Body Pump classes even as a young girl. In addition, Rachel pursued her own fitness passions as both a dancer and a three-sport athlete. However, while she was a student at the University of Maryland, Rachel felt a void in her fitness life. It was then that she began to train for distance running, which became her new happy place. For the next few years, Rachel raced multiple distances, from 5ks to half marathons, which eventually took a toll on her body. To address the aches and pains, Rachel found her niche in spin, yoga, Pilates, and boot camp classes. With her recent move back to Maine from San Francisco, she has found Reve to be her favorite studio with such amazing people and energy. You will find Rachel’s class to be quite upbeat with new moves or sequences each class. Given her love of health and wellness, Rachel is working and studying toward going to PA school next Fall.
