As a former Division I athlete, Kait brings her knowledge, passion and experience of competing at the highest level to Yoga for Athletes. Rooted in the precision of Iyengar Yoga and inspired by her mentors and teachers, Kait’s unique style is a beautiful, thoughtful blend of ancient and modern disciplines. Kait is known for teaching intelligently sequenced classes, designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and balance the many imbalances of today’s athletes. Her holistic approach aims to generate a mindful, resilient, athlete. When she's not teaching yoga, you can find Kait coaching High School lacrosse, running, sunning, eating acai bowls, spending time with her family & friends and snuggling with her goldendoodle, Summer.
