  •  4 years + of participation in spinning classes, both Brick Biking and RPM
  •  Avid trail runner; 5k,10k, and 15k distances
  •  Complete multiple 60 mile plus road bike rides each year around the tri-state area

  • Baltimore Barre 

Advice for New Members:
Never be afraid of even the smallest degree of change in effort during your workouts, because it’s the smallest changes that can lead to the biggest differences.
